Business New Years Resolution Contest
CONTEST! Yay! I want to know what is your New Years Resolution for your business? What do you hope to do better in 2008 and how will you do it? Will you put in longer hours? Treat your employees better? Work on double digit sales growth?
Tell me your Business’ New Years Resolution (or if you don’t yet have a business, what you want to accomplish related to business in ‘08). Put your response as a comment to this post. I will select the best story on January 14, and the winner will receive a $25 Best Buy Gift Certificate.

Besides the “customer is king”, have a “employee is king” campaign among senior managers - when you treat your employees well, they will treat you and the customers well too! Everyone wins! But it must start from the top management in setting an example.

My and my partner have started a brand new website, http://www.sacramenus.com. Its an idea so far, and its a guide to tasting the best dining that Sacramento, CA has to offer. Showcasing menus, prices, but with a emphasis on actual personal experience with restaurants. Maybe put a little emphasis on the college crowd. My goal for 2008 is to just gain experience with this website, along with starting my personal blog, http://www.ronnienurss.com. I believe that writing down your thoughts and experiences is crucial to any journey or quest.
